Using this website
- The articles, guides and videos on this site are general information. They are not medical advice and don't replace advice from your GP or a physiotherapist.
- If you follow a session from this site, you do so at your own risk. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort, and get medical advice.
- The words, photos, videos and designs on this site belong to The Workshop. Please don't copy them without asking.
- We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or available.
Before you train
- Everyone fills in a health questionnaire (PAR-Q+) before their first session. Please tell us about any injury, medical condition or medication, and about any change.
- If the questionnaire flags anything, we may ask you to get the all-clear from your GP before training.
- Under-18s need a parent or guardian's consent before training.
Prices and booking
- Prices on this site are the full price you pay. We may change them, but the price confirmed when you book is the one you pay.
- Your session terms, including how much notice you need to give to move a session, are confirmed in writing when you book.
- Results vary from person to person and depend on things like attendance, effort, sleep and nutrition. We don't promise a particular result.
Your right to cancel
If you book with us online, by phone, by email or by message, you have 14 days from the day you book to change your mind and get a full refund. If you ask us to start sessions within those 14 days and then cancel, we will refund what you've paid minus the cost of the sessions already delivered. Once all the sessions you've paid for have been delivered, the right to cancel ends. To cancel, just email or message us.
Our responsibility to you
We will provide coaching with reasonable care and skill, as the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. These terms don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Photos and video
We only film or photograph clients with their consent, or a parent's for under-18s. We only use photos or video on this website or social media with separate written consent. You can withdraw consent at any time and we will remove them.
Software for coaches
The TWS Performance Platform is currently in free early access by invitation. Coaches who join agree to separate pilot terms, which we send with the invite.
Complaints and the law
If something isn't right, please contact us first and we will try to fix it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
