Who it's for

Whatever you're training for

You don't need to be an athlete to train like one. You get the same planning and care, aimed at what matters to you.

Get stronger

Learn the big lifts properly and build real, measurable strength, safely.

Look and feel your best

Training and simple nutrition habits that change how you look and feel, at a pace you can keep.

Move without pain

Stiff back, cranky knees? Build strength around them, at the right pace.

Back after time off

After injury, a baby or a busy few years. Start where you are, not where you were.

Train for an event

A race, a ski trip, a sport season. A plan that peaks when it needs to.

Stay strong at 40, 50, 60+

Strength, balance and power are what keep you independent and active for longer.

Inside a session

Sixty minutes, all of it planned

Every minute has a purpose. Each session follows your programme, and every set is logged so next week builds on this one.

  1. 0–10 minWarm-up and mobility

Built around how you move and what you're training that day.

  2. 10–35 minMain strength work

One or two key lifts, coached rep by rep, with load set from last session.

  3. 35–50 minSupporting work

Single-leg, upper-body and core work that fills the gaps your screen found.

  4. 50–60 minConditioning and cool-down

Short, focused fitness work, then a quick check-in on how it felt.

Three ways to train

Pick the format that suits you

Every option starts with a movement screen and a conversation about what you actually want. The programme is written from there.

Questions

Before you start

I have never trained properly. Is this for me?

Yes. Most adult clients start with little or no structured training. The first sessions are about learning to move well and building confidence, not about how much you can lift.

Where are sessions held?

At our base in Cobham, Surrey, or at a facility that suits you. Remote programming and online coaching are available if you travel.

How quickly will I see results?

Most people notice a measurable difference within 6–8 weeks of consistent training. Bigger changes in strength and body shape take 12–16 weeks. We build for results that last.

Do you offer block booking discounts?

Yes. Block bookings reduce the per-session rate. Ask Rob for the options that suit your schedule and budget.

What happens in the free consultation?

A conversation about your goals, training history, schedule and any injuries. If we are not the right fit, Rob will say so.
