Rob is a Strength & Conditioning coach and Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, based in Cobham, Surrey. His approach blends evidence-based methodology with real-world athletic experience — shaped by a competitive sporting background spanning rugby, swimming, boxing, weightlifting, and CrossFit — and years of hands-on coaching and conditioning experience across a wide range of disciplines.
The Workshop was built on a simple belief: every client deserves a programme designed specifically for them — not a generic template. Whether you're an adult looking to build strength, an athlete preparing for competition, or a young athlete developing the foundations of a career, every session is purposeful, progressive, and built on science.
Rob works with clients of all ages and backgrounds — from adult individual PT to team S&C programmes and youth athletic development. His methodology follows NSCA, NASM, and ACSM guidelines with a specialist focus on sport-specific conditioning, PAP training, and injury prevention.
